The Ultimate Health Diet:                                                                                 A Blueprint for Vitality and Longevity

When it comes to health, I don’t believe in complex, unsustainable plans. After years of practice and personal experimentation, I’ve distilled my approach down to four core pillars: Daily Nutrition, Simplicity, Consistency, and Intermittent Fasting (16/8).

This isn't just a diet; it's a lifestyle rhythm designed to optimize energy, support digestion, and promote longevity. Here is my daily blueprint.

The Daily Routine

6:00 – 7:00 AM (Wake Up)
Start the day by hydrating the system with 500ml of warm water mixed with a teaspoon of olive oil. This gentle morning ritual wakes up the digestive tract and provides a healthy fat boost.

8:00 AM (Breakfast)
A protein and nutrient-dense start:

2 boiled eggs (for protein and healthy fats).
A vegetable smoothie (blend half an avocado, light-cooked leafy greens, a 1/4 lemon, a spoonful of sauerkraut, a small slice of ginger, and a spoonful of honey).
Alternative: A bowl of lightly cooked cauliflower or cabbage (simply add your greens to the boiling water during the last minute of cooking your eggs).
10:00 AM (Mid-Morning)
Coffee with milk—because sustainability matters, and we don't need to be purists to be healthy.

12:00 PM (Lunch)
Keep it light and simple: a cup of Greek yogurt paired with a small handful of mixed nuts.

4:00 PM (Dinner)
This is the main meal of the day. Choose from:

Chicken soup with vegetables and noodles, topped with canned salmon; OR
A hearty vegetable stir-fry/stew served with a slice of sourdough bread.
6:00 PM (Post-Exercise Snack)
After vigorous exercise, I refuel with a cup of cottage cheese mixed with a teaspoon of flaxseed oil to support muscle recovery and reduce inflammation.

9:00 – 10:00 PM (Bedtime)
A consistent sleep schedule is non-negotiable for recovery and hormone regulation.

Golden Rule: A 10-minute walk is mandatory after every single meal. This aids digestion, manages blood sugar, and clears the mind.

The "Cheat Sheet" Shopping List
To make this easy, here are my go-to staples:

Sauerkraut: Available at Aldi for about $1—it's a probiotic powerhouse.
Nuts: My variety mix is essential for healthy fats with Greek yogurt.
Canned Salmon or Sardines: Keep these on hand to replace a meal when you're short on time.

A Note on the Chicken Soup (Do Not Buy Stock!)

This is the cornerstone of my diet, and it must be made properly. Never buy pre-made chicken stock. Store-bought versions often contain preservatives and chemicals to extend shelf life. Here is my foolproof method:

Place a clean, organic whole chicken into a crockpot.
Add enough water to cover the bird.
Set the heat to "Slow" before you go to bed.
By morning, you have a fresh, nutrient-dense broth and tender meat.
Refrigerate it, and you’ll have a base for your meals for the entire week.

The Missing Link: Why Digestion is the Foundation
Here is the reality check that most people miss: A healthy digestive system is the ultimate key to longevity.

You can eat the most organic, expensive food on the planet, but if your digestive system is inefficient, it won't matter. Let me give you an analogy:
Most people think eating vegetables like carrots instantly provides nutrition. But if you have a sluggish or compromised digestive tract, those same carrots will ferment in your colon, creating gas, inflammation, and "garbage" rather than delivering vitamins to your bloodstream.

This is exactly why I have designed my acupuncture protocols to prioritize the digestive system above all else. By enhancing the gut’s function, we ensure that every single meal you eat is turned into fuel, not waste.

The Takeaway: This routine is sustainable, delicious, and built on the science of circadian rhythms and gut health. Try it for a week and notice the difference in your energy, focus, and digestion.
